Terms of Service

Welcome to Datawrix. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Datawrix is a Ghana-based digital services platform that sells data bundles, bulk SMS, virtual numbers, social media boosting, and result checkers.

2. Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• Keep your password confidential — you are responsible for all activity on your account
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• One account per person; we may suspend duplicate or fraudulent accounts

3. Wallet & Payments

• Deposits are processed via Paystack and credited to your Datawrix wallet
• Wallet balance is in Ghana Cedis (GHS)
• All purchases deduct from your wallet at the price displayed before checkout
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law

4. Service Delivery

• Data bundles: delivered via our partner APIs (Datahub, DataMart, BundleZone, Mtopup). Delivery is typically instant but can take up to 30 minutes
• Virtual numbers: temporary numbers for receiving SMS; refunds issued if no SMS received and order is cancelled in time
• Result checkers (WAEC/BECE): Serial + PIN delivered after successful purchase; if out of stock, order is queued and auto-delivers when restocked
• Social Booster: orders fulfilled via partner network; completion times vary by service

5. Refunds

• Failed transactions are automatically refunded to your wallet
• Successfully delivered services are non-refundable
• Disputed transactions are reviewed case-by-case; contact support within 7 days

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for fraud, harassment, spam, or any illegal activity
• Resell our services without prior written agreement (agents need approval)
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the platform
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions

7. API Access (Developers)

API users must keep their keys secure. Sharing or selling API access without approval is prohibited. We may rate-limit, throttle, or revoke access for abuse.

8. Agents

Agent accounts get discounted pricing and tools to resell our services. Agents must follow our reseller guidelines and remain in good standing.

9. Liability

Datawrix is not liable for delays, outages, or failures caused by our network partners (telcos, payment providers, SMS gateways) outside our reasonable control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
